It is with regret that we have to announce that Bill Eaton passed away on Wednesday 28 March 2018.
For many years Bill was the Chairman of Garforth Camera Club.
Bill joined the club at a time when digital photography was just becoming the main medium for the Club. As chairman, he was a strong lead and represented the club in changing times. Ill health forced him to retire from the chairmanship in 2012. When the club returned to Garforth in 2015 (from Swillington) he could no longer attend due to lack of wheelchair access.
He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and respected him.
The funeral will be held at Cottingley Crematorium on Wednesday 25th April at 1.00 pm.
